2025 Foraging Classes and Events

Please check back as this will be updated as the year progresses.  Keep in mind that foraging means going with the flow of of nature so there is no way to know far ahead what exactly will be in bloom where and when, but we can get a pretty good idea of the types of plants or fungi to look for in a specific area on a specific date with the foreknowledge of the ecosystem type. Keeping a foraging diary is a great way to look back year after year and learn the pattern of that patch of land. Please know that in all walks and workshops we review edible plants, as well as any poisonous look alikes and emphasize caution, the need for deep knowledge and experience, as well as responsible harvesting. You will be asked to sign a waiver before the class.
